In this thread there are lot of folks who changed employers using AC21 after 180 days I-485 is pending.
Did they ever travel to thier home country using AP after switching employers from the orginal GC sponsoring employer?
Where they being harassed at Port of Entry by Immigration Officers why siwtched employers and travel on AP?
Please share any experiences

I am not sure about that. Most of the EB3 guys have advance degrees (including me) but not necessarily with US degrees.
I would not agree that most folks in EB3 have advanced degrees. Most do not. They have lot of experience though
believe me...you would think that people with advanced degrees would have applied in EB2...but there are cases where people have had to apply in EB3 category even with an advanced degree

I mailed you the Pranayama instructor's email as a private message.
I would strongly recommend that. I was in India few months back and the person suffering from lung cancer had got cured by practicing Pranayama day in and day out for nearly 1 month. He was given 45 days time by the doctor, as the tumor had burst in one of the lungs.
But he had faith and got over the problem in a month's time. Doctors were surprised as well!
I would suggest you do that as well. At least discuss the options with him.

On the note of your question, I have written to Greg Siskind requesting him to highlight you situation (ofcourse maintaining anonimity) and to suggest any recourse that you might have. Please keep an eye out on his blog and I hope he addresses this.
As a note to all the administrators of this IV forum, I am sure we can pull a few strings to have an attorney provide a free consultation to Mehul .
ALso, Mehul, if you cannot find an attorney who can provide a free consultation, please let me know and I can request my attorney if he would do this favor for me.

if she says that constitutional protections don't apply to non-citizens, they are essentially reinstating slavery.
not that the constitution was against slavery.
H1B is a non immigrant visa, and we dont have the full constitutional rights, for eq we dont have the right to vote.
Legally we are not immigrants, that is the worst mistake( calling ourselves immigrants) ,being done by us,

I will donate 100 dollars if they make any changes in DREAM Act wrt to Employment based immigration.
Even I participated in the campaign, but I don't think it will impact anything for us.
If you mean IV and are waiting for results to support, consider that we have hired a Lobby in DC and are spending a lot of money in campaigns.
we cannot just give them an IOU and say, we'll pay you later and only if you succeed.
No business works like that. we don't have a charge card to dispute transactions.

For some postal destinations the USPS offers guaranteed 2 day service. I recently mailed a package where this service was offered. The postal worker explained that if the package was mailed on a Friday, it would be delivered on Sunday. San Francisco, CA is one of the destinations where this service is offered and the package in question was, indeed, delivered on a Sunday.
You should check whether the postal service offers the 2-day service to the USCIS office.

I am pretty much sure( i wish i am proven wrong) that the Lawsuits are not gonna help us.
They did nothing wrong legally , its a tradition that DOS doesnt change the visa bulletin in a month..ITS NOT A LAW.
The max we could get from a lawsuit is damages(financials) , and as USCIS is a fees funded organisatiom , its gonna come back to us
In one way we should be happy that the USCIS is cleaning its internal backlog,

The answer is in your question. Numbers. A few years ago (circa 2002-) no one complained much about Indians. Recently the complaints in the media/forums etc. are much higher. Why ? More H1, => more bodyshoppers (mainly India) => more abuse => more complaints and so on.
Also FYI, H1 is "temporary" just like F1. H1 is not a guarantee to GC. So you need to go back after 6 years, since you say F1 should leave after graduation.

If there's a recession (even with a soft landing) in 2007, as many economists and Wall Street people are saying, and we don't get SKIL Act through congress during lame-duck session -- what will it mean for us? Will business lobbies still have a strong case to sell to lawmakers amid a recession?
I am not trying to bring everybody down. Just weighting my options in case Plan A (i.e. SKILL Act) doesn't work. This looks like an analysis thread and a good place to play the devil's advocate...
